What happens after I send this?
It lands in the editor's inbox. We read everything. We don't reply to everything, so if you haven't heard back in a couple of weeks it's a no for now rather than a message lost.
Can I pitch a product?
Yes. Tell us what it is, who it's for, and why it would still be in use a year from now - that last one is the test everything here has to pass. Links are more useful than attachments.
Do you accept payment for placement?
No. We'll consider anything on merit, but a product is never covered because someone paid for it, and nothing is written to order. If we ever accept a product for free, the page it appears on will say so.
I found a mistake on the site.
Please tell us. Include the page and what's wrong, and we'll fix it. Corrections are the fastest thing we do.
